Conference Participation and Registration: All authors who have submitted an abstract are cordially invited to attend the symposium. To secure your place, a registration fee is required. Details about the fees can be found on our registration page. Once your registration fee is paid, we will arrange for your accommodation at a hotel, with the cost to be covered by the participant. Further information regarding room types and associated costs will be provided on our website.
Early Bird Registration: Please take note that the early bird registration fee is available until September 10th, 2024. After this date, the registration fee will increase, but hotel accommodation arrangements will still be made, with the costs remaining the participant's responsibility. We cannot guarantee accommodation for on-site registrations.
Review Process: The review process for all submissions will commence in phases and will be completed before the symposium begins. The results of the selection and journal recommendations will be announced during the conference.
