Participants registering as Students are required to provide their ID card or an official document for identity verification. Failure to do so will result in the participant being liable for the payment of the difference in fees corresponding to their respective category, to be settled at the Reception.

3. Networking Opportunities: The fee includes admission to our networking receptions and coffee breaks, where you can engage in informal discussions, exchange ideas, and forge new collaborations with fellow attendees, speakers, and exhibitors in a relaxed setting.
4. Catered Meals and Refreshments: We understand the importance of nourishment during intense days of learning and networking. Hence, your registration covers select meals and refreshment breaks, ensuring you stay energized throughout the conference.
5. Accommodation Arrangement: All authors who have submitted an abstract are cordially invited to attend the symposium. To secure your place, a registration fee is required. Details about the fees can be found on our registration page. Once your registration fee is paid, we will arrange for your accommodation at a hotel, with the cost to be covered by the participant. Further information regarding room types and associated costs will be provided on our website. After 10th September, the registration fee will increase (no more early bird!), but hotel accommodation arrangements will still be made, with the costs remaining the participant's responsibility. We cannot guarantee accommodation for on-site registrations.
